Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located right by the bustling American Village, offering plenty of food options nearby. The rooms, while slightly larger than typical Japanese rooms, could use brighter lighting and faster lifts. The service was impeccable, with helpful staff and quick responses to requests. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of Japanese and European options that changed daily.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were extremely comfortable, especially the luxury ocean view room at the Annex building with 4 beds, perfect for us as a family of 4. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff directing us to nearby pharmacies and providing useful information about various amenities. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of America Village with an array of restaurants and shops. However, there were a few downsides like the additional charge for breakfast and the obstructed view from our room balcony.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right on the water surrounded by all the restaurants and shops in the American Village. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, from two comfortable queen beds to a safe, fridge, yukata, and a relaxing bathtub. The service was top-notch, with the clerk even recommending a nearby pharmacy, showing excellent English skills. The dining experience was delightful, especially the delicious breakfast options available. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, adding to a fantastic overall experience.
